About the role
Walmart Supercenter #5398 is seeking a Fashion Team Associate to join our team. This full-time position offers mid-shift and closing schedules at our Rockford, IL location.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers in the fashion department
- Maintain merchandise displays and ensure products are properly stocked
- Assist customers with finding apparel and accessory items
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing
- Support inventory management and pricing tasks as needed
Pay
- Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentive awards
- Additional premium pay of $0.35 - $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
