Fashion Team Associate
About the role
As a Fashion Team Associate, you will be part of a team that helps customers find the perfect outfit or accessory. You will engage with customers, assist with merchandise selection, and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and assist them in finding merchandise
- Ensure the sales floor is zoned, stocked, and visually appealing
- Maintain and recover apparel areas throughout the day
- Process and stock freight in a timely manner
- Operate equipment such as Telxon and pallet jacks as needed
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to operate retail equipment safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Pay
Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Schedule
Part-time. Available shifts: Mid-Shift, Closing.
