About the role
We are looking for a Fashion Team Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with fashion merchandise
- Maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels on the sales floor
- Process and replenish merchandise according to company standards
- Support omni-channel operations including online order fulfillment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- Available to work Mid-Shift or Closing shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
Pay
- Hourly wage: $14.50 - $27.50 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay may be available ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
