- Process fitting room items and return merchandise to appropriate areas
- Provide excellent customer service and answer product-related questions
- Support omnichannel shopping experiences including online pickup and delivery orders
Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $30.00 per hour, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, as well as premiums that may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
