We are seeking a strong Assistant Leader with the ability to manage staff, Lead our buying team, Assist with strong inventory management/organization skills, a go-getter who gets the job done. Must have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!) Core Responsibilities/Key Skills Needed for this position: Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software (we'll train)Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandisingDirect a team of 8-20 people dailyAssist with leadership expertise and be drivenMust have at least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 4 yearsMust be a team player, have GREAT initiative, Be Responsible & a fast learnerMust have open availability on weekendsMust work with Store Management to consistently meet store goalsMust be able to fill in for call-outs from staff membersMust have Strong Ethics.
