Fashion Graphic Designer

About the role

Our client is a premium wholesale denim and streetwear brand born with the energy of New York City. They create versatile, well‑crafted pieces built for real life and bold enough to go anywhere. As a Fashion Graphic Designer with apparel experience, you will collaborate closely with internal designers and, guided by the Creative Director, you will conceptualize original artwork, develop fresh colorways, and translate seasonal trends into compelling designs.

Responsibilities

• Create in‑house designs for all graphics on garment embellishments, in partnership with internal designers.
• Produce artwork files and instructions for graphic execution for overseas factories.
• Create new colorways and a variety of options for designers.
• Collaborate with designers to finalize designs appropriate for each season.
• Follow the Creative Director’s direction to achieve desired graphic and aesthetic results based on each garment’s needs and seasonal theme.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends, new techniques, and resources in graphic design; conduct concept research.
• Develop, enhance, and keep the reference library organized.
• Be responsible for the end results of graphics and provide comments/corrections from proto sample to bulk approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in fashion graphic design.
• Strong understanding of men’s denim & streetwear fashion trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work accordingly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with other departments.

Skills

• Highly proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong creative sense with artistic abilities.
• Versatile graphic aesthetics.
• Knowledge of different print and embellishment techniques used on garments (e.g., silk‑screen color separation, heat transfer, embroidery, etc.).

Pay

Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 USD
