Core Responsibilities/Key Skills Needed
- Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software (we'll train)
- Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
- Direct a team of 8-20 people daily
- Assist with running the store with passion and drive
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 4 years
- Team player, great initiative, responsible, and a fast learner
- Open availability on weekends
- Ability to fill in for call-outs from staff members
- Strong work ethic
