FASHION ASSISTANT MANAGER

About the role

Uptown Cheapskate Woodlands is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team, manage inventory, and assist with store operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail, possess excellent teamwork and leadership skills, and be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and price inventory using proprietary software
• Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
• Direct a team of 8-20 people daily
• Assist with running the store with passion and drive
• Work closely with Store Management to meet goals
• Be ready to fill in for staff members during call-outs
• Show strong work ethic and commitment to sustainability

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 4 years
• Team player with great initiative and responsibility
• Open availability on weekends
• Strong work ethic
