Responsibilities

• Manage the farmstand operations including stocking shelves, restocking produce, and handling customer inquiries.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety in all areas of the farmstand.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a food-related environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
