Farmfit Field Specialist

Position Summary

We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, knowledgeable, and friendly field specialist to join our Farmfit team working with biotechnology in the dairy and beef space. In this full-time, customer-facing role, you will travel to customer herds to assist in sales, installation and training of new customers, and to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide site survey and installation of equipment
• Continuously grow knowledge of ST product lines
• Travel to customers sites for installation, training, and trouble shooting
• Provide continual customer support
• Demonstrate product functionality
• Communicate all technical specifications
• Work cooperatively with sales team
• Remain in compliance with company guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• College degree in animal science or related field and/or experience and knowledge of the dairy or beef industries
• Able to memorize and recall product specifications and demonstrate value proposition
• Experience working in a farm environment
• Able to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Desire to continue to develop skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Command of the English language; bilingual in Spanish desirable
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
