Farmers Insurance Sales Agent
The Opportunity
Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
Receive up to $500 per month in marketing assistance.
Sell personal lines insurance with the ability to broker business to carriers outside of Farmers Insurance for both commercial and personal lines.
Participate in a 3-week virtual training program through the award-winning University of Farmers.
Gain hands-on mentorship from a 3-time Presidents Council, 9-time Topper Club District Office.
Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $6,000 in signage assistance.
Veterans may qualify for an additional $6,000 bonus.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales and management
- Proven track record of sales and management success
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of agents
- Drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities across all lines
- Recruit, train, and retain agents
- Implement sales, marketing, and lead-generation strategies
- Oversee agency operations, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
Pay
Salary Range: $400,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities
