Build and operate a Farmers Insurance agency serving the Albany, Georgia community. This opportunity provides the support, training, products, and brand recognition of Farmers Insurance while allowing you to develop a local business as an independent owner.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses
• Help clients identify appropriate insurance and financial solutions
• Develop referral, networking, and community-marketing strategies
• Manage sales activity, customer experience, and agency operations
• Recruit and develop agency team members as the business grows
• Establish a visible and trusted presence in the local community
• Maintain required licenses and operate in accordance with company and state guidelines

Requirements

• Sales, customer service, business development, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
• Confidence initiating conversations and following up with prospective clients
• Good organization, time management, and personal accountability
• Interest in becoming involved in the Albany community
• Active Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support
