Farm Technician I

Duties

• Plant production (i.e.; watering, moving, pruning, harvesting, cleaning)
• Plant Processing (i.e.; shucking, hanging, deleafing, trimming, sorting, packaging)
• Able to perform plant production and processing for majority of your scheduled shift
• Perform repetitive dexterous hand movements with cultivation and flower trimming tools
• Perform tasks in all types of environments within Copperstate Farms facility, such as the air-conditioned rooms within the facility, as well as the greenhouse in 100 degrees with high humidity
• Able to work with and around marijuana plants and all of their biproducts
• Basic facility maintenance work (i.e.; sweeping, shoveling, raking, basic repairs, power washing, cleaning, dripper removal, dripper replacement)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed
• Assure daily compliance with Company policies including but not limited to state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
• Work well and effectively with fellow co-workers in a productive way that is conducive to a professional work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check to get a facility agent card
