Responsibilities
- Provide lectures, workshops, and classes related to Animal Connection, Agriculture, Nature Connections, wellness/meditations, or other specialized programming.
- Maintain materials for these programs and develop new curriculum based on current research and trends.
- Facilitate one-on-one guest consultations on lifestyle issues.
- Manage attendance numbers for facilitated classes and collaborate with department and resort initiatives.
- Engage with team members and fulfill marketing requests.
- Respond to a wide variety of individual guest needs, fostering and growing client relationships.
- Operate a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in integrative health and wellness focused programs, preferably in a spa or resort setting.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in independent practice and/or facilitating groups.
- Polished and professional physical presentation, appropriate for brand representation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Impeccable service skills with keen ability to foster and grow client relationships.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays and live in the Austin, TX area.
- Must be able to operate a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be available to work in all weather conditions.
Education and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in integrative health and wellness focused programs, preferably in a spa or resort settings.

Physical Demands

- Sometimes sit, walk, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Close, distance, and ability to adjust focus vision.
- Work in a moderate noise environment.
