About the role

This position is responsible for the retention, service, account development, and product/service presentation to clients. The primary responsibility is to provide customer service and cross-sell other products and services.

Measures Of Success

  • Be a trusted advisor to Bravera Insurance clients.
  • Offer exceptional customer service.
  • Cross-sell other products and services.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain new and renewal insurance business.
  • Aid clients with their insurance changes/requests.
  • Build strong working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
  • Process renewals, endorsements, and change requests.
  • Aid clients in submissions of claims.
  • Quote and remarket customer accounts as needed.

Qualifications (knowledge, Skills And Abilities)

  • Must be licensed in Property/Casualty insurance or be willing to obtain licensing within 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrate reliability and consistency.
