- New Farm Business Consultants participate in a structured two-year training program, which includes five formal training sessions held in May, June, July, October, and December.
- Offers ongoing professional development opportunities, including Enrolled Agent training every two years and one-day training sessions offered throughout the year.
- Hosts two conferences annually, as well as Spring District Data Meetings and Cooperator Meetings.
- Dedicated to continually expanding their experience, engaging with the community through presentations, cooperative meetings, and volunteer initiatives, and strengthening relationships with cooperators through personalized connections.
