Position Overview

Hornets Sports & Entertainment is seeking reliable and personable individuals to join their Fan Shop Warehouse team. The role involves providing exceptional guest service at the Hornets Fan Shop or various retail kiosks in Spectrum Center, alongside tasks like receiving, stocking, replenishment, and general warehouse upkeep primarily during Hornets game nights.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Maintain guest service standards as set by Hornets Sports & Entertainment
  • Receiving and stocking
  • Replenishment of Fan Shop and kiosks with new stock
  • Data entry
  • End of night warehouse recovery
  • Ensure company assets are maintained and secured
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Experience, And Abilities

  • High school degree
  • Previous guest service experience preferred
  • 1 or more years of experience in retail or guest service environment
  • Experience in retail warehouse environment, a plus
  • Experience with Point-Of-Sale software, such as Retail Pro preferred
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift, up to, 50 lbs.
