Fan Shop Retail Associate | Mansfield, TX (Part-Time)
Job Summary
As Fan Shop Retail Associate, you will be responsible for providing first-rate shopping experiences at all locations throughout Texas Health Stadium in Mansfield, Texas. This is a part-time/as-needed position, with scheduling based around events held at the stadium.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they enter the Soccer 90 retail location in Texas Health Stadium.
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service.
- Provide a friendly, clean, and well-maintained shopping environment.
- Aid customers in all aspects of the retail purchasing process, from product selection to checkout.
- Maintain product knowledge and awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Perform cashier functions using the retail Point-of-Sale workstations.
- Set-up and close-out operations at all retail locations in Texas Health Stadium.
- Receive and tag merchandise shipments as they arrive.
- Communicate customer requests to management.
- Participate in seasonal inventory counts.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by managers or supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have a reliable source of transportation to and from events.
- Exceptional customer-service skills are required.
- We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who can work well in a fast-paced environment while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Weekend availability is preferred.
- The ability to stand for a few hours at a time and move around the stadium is needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in retail.
- Proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 25 lbs is required.
