Fan Development Intern - Fall 2026

Essential Functions

• Avoids oversight and execution of Sporting Plaza activations.
• Management of stadium entertainment.
• Runs in-stadium promotions.
• Assists in the creation of grassroots marketing strategies.
• Supports the Fan Development team with NIL strategies.
• Attends and participates in event planning meetings.
• Organizes and communicates with prominent gameday attendees.
• Attends all Sporting Kansas City home games, as well as non-soccer related events.
• Represents Sporting Kansas City and its related affiliates in a professional manner at all times.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Match Day Responsibilities

• Act as a representative of Sporting Kansas City at all home matches.
• Engage with guests and work to create Magic Moments for all fans.

Skills And Experience

• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Calendar.
• Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives, and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
• Critical and analytical thinking processes.
