Essential Responsibilities
- Gathers and understands current and past psychosocial histories.
- Uses diagnostic tools to provide comprehensive information for a treatment plan.
- Affirms risk factors related to safety and well being of all family members.
- Provides clinical direction that meet the needs of the child and family.
- Plans and leads treatment team meetings for the purpose of creating treatment plans/ISP.
- Works with team members to develop ownership for the treatment plan/ISP.
- Writes and utilizes specific measurable goals, objectives, and time frames for each child and family.
- Develops crisis plan for each child and family.
- Delivers services outlined in treatment plan/ISP.
- Marks and records client/family progress.
- Provides advocacy for family to outside agencies.
- Evaluates and reforms goals and objectives as necessary.
- Provides support to families in times of crisis.
Qualifications
- Requires clearances. State/FBI clearances; Child Abuse.
- Requires a Bachelor's in Human Service or related field.
- Requires at least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
