This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Luxury Escape by Jaclyn Vehlewald.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

A typical workday may include:

• Reviewing traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes
• Keeping names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation accurate in shared systems
• Following up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding
• Keeping track of open work by resolving routine questions and escalating complex booking or service issues with clear notes

• Travelers receive timely updates
• Booking information stays accurate
• Outstanding requests are followed through
• Another team member can understand the status of a trip from the record alone

Requirements

• Strong attention to names, dates, confirmations, and customer preferences
• Clear customer communication and dependable follow-up
• Confidence researching and organizing information across web-based tools
• Ability to manage several requests without losing track of outstanding details
• Comfort applying these habits to family vacation planning rather than treating the work as generic administrative support

Training on company-specific processes or systems may be provided where appropriate.

The Basics

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.

Pay

Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
