Family Vacation Planner

About the role

This full-time, 100% remote position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Fabventure Travel. The Family Vacation Planner helps travel-related requests move from research or inquiry through accurate documentation, coordination, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing traveler requests, booking details, destination research, supplier information, or itinerary changes.
• Keeping names, dates, confirmations, preferences, and travel documentation accurate in shared systems.
• Following up with travelers, suppliers, or internal teams when information or action is outstanding.
• Resolving routine questions and escalating complex booking or service issues with clear notes.

Requirements

• Strong attention to names, dates, confirmations, and customer preferences.
• Clear customer communication and dependable follow-up.
• Confidence researching and organizing information across web-based tools.
• Ability to manage several requests without losing track of outstanding details.
• Comfort applying these habits to family-vacation planning rather than generic administrative support.

Pay

Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Associate level.
