About the role
The Oregon Department of Human Services seeks a Family Time Coordinator to support children and families. This position requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage individual visitation agreements.
- Plan visit schedules, locations, supervision levels, and safety measures.
- Review and explain visitation agreements and guidelines.
- Ensure children's safety and well-being during visits and transport.
- Communicate visitation expectations and respond to post-visit inquiries.
- Provide transportation support for children and others associated with the case.
- Keep accurate records, prepare court notes, provide feedback to service workers, and participate in meetings and conferences.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
- One year of experience working in a human services or behavioral health setting.
- An associate degree in any field.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
- Experience providing administrative support by coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
- Experience narrating or documenting observations and information related to client cases.
- Knowledge and experience using trauma-informed practices.
- Experience using clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse populations.
- Experience working with children and families from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a variety of settings including offices, participant's homes, and community sites.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

$4,124 - $5,714 per month.
Schedule
Tuesday – Saturday from 10AM – 7PM; hours of work may fluctuate based on service needs.
