Family Therapist (Full-Time)

About the Role

Provides evidence-based assessment and treatment planning for youth in care, establishing medical necessity for services and delivering trauma-informed individual, family, and group counseling.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
• Implement clinical interventions aligned with treatment goals
• Offer skill-building case management and psychiatric support
• Deliver Child and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) based on client needs
• Assist youth in developing targeted skills
• Work in a community-based setting

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field (LCSW preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience working with at-risk youth
• Valid driver’s license
• Cultural competence
• Ability to engage emotionally and psychologically challenged individuals

Schedule

Flexible schedule Monday through Friday, with some evening hours.

Pay

Salary ranges from $67,500 to $76,000, commensurate with experience.
