Family Teacher / Residential Childcare - (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving healthy snacks and meals
• Helping with homework and educational activities
• Providing transportation for school and extracurriculars
• Administering medications responsibly
• Assisting children with evening routines and preparing them for the next day
• Completing necessary household and program documentation
• Modeling positive behavior and building relationships that matter

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and organization
• Empathy, patience, and a deep respect for children from diverse backgrounds
• Problem-solving abilities and a calm presence under pressure
• A passion for mentoring and supporting youth development
