Job Responsibilities
- Education parents on optimal health, growth, and development during infancy and early childhood
- Encourage positive parenting skills, enhance parental health and wellness, and improve educational attainment
- Aid parents in setting and achieving goals related to education, work, and housing
- Connect families with essential community resources, including educational, employment, financial, housing, and medical services
- Encourage co-parent involvement in program groups and activities
Qualifications
- Requires a High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children and families
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, preferred
- Bachelor's degree a plus
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with flexibility needed for occasional evening appointments
Compensation
- High school diploma: $20.60/hr.
- Bachelor's degree: $21.75/hr.
- Bilingual candidates fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase
