Responsibilities
- Provide emotional and practical support to foster families
- Assist in coordinating resources and services for foster families
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children in foster care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in child welfare or related field
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
