Family Support Community Specialist
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About Us (maybe "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is description of organization, could be "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can adapt: "About the role" could contain the description of the role and organization. We'll include that.
We have "Job Functions" and "Essential Responsibilities". Those can go under Responsibilities.
We have "Requirements Education and Experience:" and "Skills Requirements:" and "Physical Requirements:" and "Other:" etc. We can combine into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills sections.
We have Benefits: Salary range, health coverage, PTO, holidays, 401K match, life insurance, EAP, supplemental insurance, tuition reimbursement, training, YMCA discount. That's Benefits.
Pay: we have salary range $22.00 - $23.50. That's Pay.
Schedule: Not explicitly stated besides Full-time. Could infer but not given specifics. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state salary, so Pay section is okay. Benefits we have details. Schedule: only says Job Type Full-time, but no schedule details like hours. Might be considered not specific enough; we should not create Schedule section unless posting states schedule details. So omit Schedule.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, accommodation contact, etc. Also remove application instructions, cookie/navigation/legal. The EEO statement at end: "All qualified applicants will receive consideration..." etc. That's boilerplate; remove.
Also remove the link at end.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's craft sections:
