Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions through product demonstrations.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits.
- Manage customer relationships using CRM to track interactions and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- One year of sales experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong skills in upselling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to generate leads through various channels and effectively market products.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
- A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Pay
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
