Responsibilities
- Assist families with accessing essential services and resources
- Offer emotional support and counseling to families facing challenges
- Develop and implement strategies to improve family well-being
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social services or counseling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with case management software
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
