Family Seeking Full-Time Nanny

About the role

A warm and welcoming family in Indianapolis is seeking a reliable, caring, and engaging long-term nanny to care for their 1-year-old child.

Responsibilities

• Engaging the toddler in age-appropriate activities
• Helping the child get ready for the day
• Preparing and providing meals and snacks
• Supporting nap routines
• Encouraging play and learning
• Keeping the child’s areas tidy
• Driving for daily outings to local parks, museums, libraries, and activities
• Occasional speech therapy appointments

Requirements

• Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle
• Mileage will be reimbursed
• Mom works a hybrid schedule, mostly from home but occasionally at the hospital
• The second Tuesday of every month will be 7:15am – 5:00pm*

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddler age and all that age entails
• Dependable, professional, and nurturing personality
• Love of animals (cats and dogs)
• Reliable vehicle
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean background check

Pay

Hourly wage: $19-21 per hour

Schedule

Monday 7:45am – 5:00pm
Tuesday 7:45am – 5:00pm
Wednesday 7:45am – 5:00pm
Thursday 7:45am – 5:00pm
Friday 7:45am – 5:00pm
The second Tuesday of every month will be 7:15am – 5:00pm*
