Family Security Planner

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and compassionate individual to step into the role of Family Security Planner. In this position, you will work to solve one of the community's most pressing issues: financial illiteracy. Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Connect directly with clients and associates to understand their financial needs and build long-term relationships based on trust and total satisfaction.
• Custom Financial Education: Share valuable knowledge and tailored strategies regarding budgeting, debt reduction, investments, savings, retirement, and insurance-based protection.
• Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to design customized financial plans that fit their unique family goals and long-term legacy dreams.
• No Cold Calling: Focus on educational outreach and warm connections— we do not cold call or go door-to-door.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with a supportive team of like-minded individuals and business mentors who are dedicated to your personal and professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a passion for serving others.
• Backgrounds in Education, Coaching, Military, Sports, or Customer Service are an excellent fit!
