About the role
Come and join a well‑established electronic Medical Clinic conveniently located across the road from the Health Centre in beautiful Chase, BC. In this role you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing primary care. The Chase Community Health Centre offers a five‑bed emergency department and delivers a variety of services in one location, allowing you to practice a broad spectrum of medicine in a community setting.
The centre provides the following services: Laboratory; X‑ray; Registered Nursing care; on‑site counselors; on‑site Home and Community Care; Public Health; Respiratory Therapist; Diabetic Nurse; and a Dietitian.
Chase is a vibrant lakeshore community at the western gateway of the Shuswap Lake system. It offers a full range of services, abundant recreational opportunities, and scenic splendor. The town is business‑friendly and within close proximity to Kamloops and Salmon Arm. Residents enjoy affordable housing, a warm sunny climate, and many ways to relax in nature or stay active—summer activities include swimming, boating, golfing, hiking, zip‑lining, fishing, white‑water rafting, house‑boating, cycling, and camping; winter activities include ice fishing, snowmobiling, hockey, curling, cross‑country skiing, snowshoeing, and access to alpine slopes at Sun Peaks or Silver Star Mountain.

Compensation
Fee‑for‑Service estimated remuneration: $250‑$350 K (estimate only, includes rural fee premium). Physician overhead: please enquire.
Benefits and Incentives
- Potential additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including a 10.78 % retention premium and a retention flat fee of $16,705.92.
- Rural CME allowance.
- Relocation funding of $9,000‑$15,000, based on move location.
