Qualifications
- MD/DO degree or IMG equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine US Residency.
- WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
- DEA certificate.
- B/E/BC required.
- Approved for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and health plans.

- Base Salary: $215,000 - $267,000. Salary is based on encounters per day (-tiered level), and experience bonus.
