Family Practice - Sports Medicine Physician

About the role

We are seeking a non-operative sports medicine physician to join a well-established orthopedic practice in Northeast Nebraska. The practice supports community health through athletic training services to local schools and benefits from a state-of-the-art Sports Performance Center offering high-level athlete training, progress tracking, and personalized programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including limb and back pain, reduced mobility, and injuries.
• Contributing to athletic partnerships.
• Working with a team of three physicians, a podiatrist, and advanced practice providers.
• Patient care.
• Collaboration with athletic trainers.
• Participation in community wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• BE/BC in sports medicine.
• MD/DO with residency in internal medicine, emergency medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, or neuromusculoskeletal medicine.
• Fellowship training in sports medicine.
