Family Practice Physician

Opportunity for outpatient primary care in a well-established single-specialty practice in Central Kentucky. Join a team where one provider is approaching retirement, providing a pathway for growth. The role involves outpatient care only, with no call duties. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5. Providers focus on preventive and chronic adult care, including health screenings, immunizations, physical exams, and management of conditions like diabetes and heart disease. Qualifications: Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Key duties: Managing an average of 17-20 patients daily, providing comprehensive outpatient services. Compensation & Benefits: Starting salary of $215,000 with a $4,400 wRVU productivity expectation. Future bonuses or paybacks based on performance, with potential to earn up to 5% additional salary based on quality metrics.
