Family Practice Physician

Seeking an experienced physician for a family practice role in Ormond Beach, Florida. Responsibilities Include Providing high-quality outpatient primary care within a close-knit team.Collaborating with an exceptional physician assistant to enhance patient outcomes.Delivering value-based care, especially for Medicare patients, aligned with the organization's healthcare philosophy.Participating in productivity and outcome-based compensation models.Engaging in ancillary services, research pools, and quality-based reimbursement opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Experience in primary care and value-based care models; MA HMP plan experience is a plus.Strong commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care delivery.
