Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

About the role

We are urgently hiring a Nurse Practitioner in Conway, SC (15 miles NW of Myrtle Beach) for a full-time position offering a 4-day work week. The ideal candidate will have experience with or interest in Functional/Holistic and Regenerative Medicine, focusing on treating patients as a whole with high-quality, individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Patient exams/consultations - orthopedic/musculoskeletal (HPI, physical exam, review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports)
• Evaluate Clinical Data
• Order and review appropriate tests/imaging/records
• Diagnosis and individualized treatment plan formulation
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, lifestyle optimization, and preventive care
• Documentation - timely and accurate
• Prescribe a variety of therapies to include injections/infusions
• Treatments to include Joint, trigger point injections, Vitamin infusions, and regenerative medicine treatments
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain inventory of needed supplies

Requirements

• NP license in SC
• Experience in Joint/Trigger point injections preferred (US guided)
• Experience with and/or interest in Functional/Holistic Med and Regenerative Med preferred

Schedule

4-day work week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Pay

$60+/hour ($125k annually) plus performance bonuses and profit sharing
