Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical group full-time in Vancouver, WA. We are seeking a well-qualified, caring provider to join our large, knowledgeable group of medical doctors, NP’s, and PAs. We offer an excellent work-life balance with less burnout.

Responsibilities

• Schedule only 16 patients per day
• Understand patient needs and provide comprehensive treatment options
• Work with EMR/EHR software and meet meaningful use requirements
• Accurately and timely order and review labs, bloodwork, and imaging
• Provide patient education and pharmacological management
• Participate in clinic policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited NP/PA program
• Current NP/PA license in WA
• Family practice/primary care experience required
• Previous experience working with EMR/EHR software and meaningful use requirements, Athena preferred
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs
• Current non-limited registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
• Be and remain insurable for malpractice liability in accordance with the requirement of Washington Statutes
• CPR/BLS certification
• Capable of seeing on average 2 patients per hour

Pay

$135k-$176k annually plus bonuses
