Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician with OB to join a vibrant, non-profit regional health system. This full-time, hospital-employed role offers a rewarding clinical practice combining primary care with obstetrical service, supported by an established, collaborative team and state-of-the-art facility infrastructure.

Position Highlights

• Collaborative Care Team: Work alongside 1 OB/GYN and 2 Certified Nurse Midwives in a supportive practice environment.
• Balanced Schedule & Call: Standard office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) with a manageable call requirement of 10 days per month (30-minute response window).
• Modern Practice Facility: Located directly on the main hospital campus featuring 10 fully equipped exam rooms, a dedicated procedure suite, and in-clinic ultrasound capability.
• Surgical & Technological Access: Benefit from block OR time, access to the daVinci Xi Surgical System, and full Meditech EMR integration.
• In-Office Procedures: Perform endometrial biopsies, LARC placements/removals (IUD/Nexplanon), hormone replacement therapy, and prenatal/genetic testing.
• Patient Volume & Coverage: Anticipated volume of ~25 patients/day at full capacity across a 4-county catchment area (110,000 population). Supported by hospitalists and dedicated pediatric coverage for C-sections.

Candidate Qualifications

• Open to OB Fellowship-trained physicians, H1B visa candidates, and 2027 J1 Visa Fellows.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• $325,000 Base Salary + performance incentives based on wRVU production.

Join a premier 90-bed acute care non-profit regional hospital celebrated as an official DAISY Foundation partner for clinical excellence and patient-centered nursing care. The active maternal service averages ~300 deliveries annually and features 4 private LDR rooms, 10 postpartum suites, a Level 1 Nursery, 24/7 Anesthesia coverage (MD/CRNA), and central fetal monitoring. The hospital emphasizes family-centered care with newborn rooming-in, immediate skin-to-skin contact, and dedicated lactation support.
