About the role

This role involves providing primary care services in a rural multispecialty group within a small health system. Opportunities are available for Family Practice with OB, C-Section, non-OB Family Practice, and Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with an average of 16 to 25 patients daily
• Share inpatient and OB-C-Section call coverage
• Maintain clinic hours four days per week
• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Participate in shared call duties
• Support community health initiatives

Requirements

• Medical Degree
• Board Certification
• Licensure eligibility

Pay

Base salary of $305,000, with retention incentives up to $200,000 and production bonuses up to $100,000.
