About the role
Primary care physician in a concierge medicine practice in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-focused, relationship-driven healthcare with a small patient panel
- Conduct in-person visits (3-8 daily)
- Perform some housecalls
- Ensure excellent bedside manner
- Collaborate within a collegial group
- Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in scheduling
- Focus on senior patients (70-80%)
Qualifications & Skills
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine certification
- Minimum of 5 years' primary care experience
- Strong bedside manner
- Interest in concierge medicine
- Willingness to do housecalls is required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to $305K base plus performance-based bonuses (total earnings often $350K-$450K)
