Family Practice Physician

Role: Primary care physician in a concierge medicine practice in San Francisco. Responsibilities: Provide patient-focused, relationship-driven healthcare with a small patient panel, conducting in-person visits (3-8 daily). Perform some housecalls, ensure excellent bedside manner, and collaborate within a collegial group. Enjoy autonomy and flexibility in scheduling, with a focus on senior patients (70-80%). Qualifications & Skills: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine certification, minimum of 5 years' primary care experience, strong bedside manner, and interest in concierge medicine. Willingness to do housecalls is required. Compensation & Benefits: Salary up to $305K base plus performance-based bonuses (total earnings often $350K-$450K).
