Family Practice Physician

Role Overview Seeking full-time family medicine or internal medicine physicians for an outpatient primary care clinic near downtown Denver. Responsibilities Provide care to patients aged 18-85 with diverse health issues including acute illnesses, chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol), mental health, and skin concerns.Perform a variety of procedures such as skin care, joint injections, hormone and implant placements, Botox, Vivitrol, and potentially addiction medicine services.Utilize AthenaHealth EHR system for patient documentation.Offer both in-person and tele-health consultations, with minimal on-call duties and no obstetrical or hospital care required. Qualifications & Skills Unrestricted Colorado medical license and DEA license.Experience in primary care with proficiency in procedures is preferred.Ability to provide comprehensive patient-centered care across a broad age range.
