Family Practice Physician

Role: Primary Care Physician Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered outpatient primary care services in a fast-paced environment.Develop and supervise treatment plans, ensuring appropriate patient follow-up facilitated by advanced technology and workflows.Supervise medical staff to ensure compliance with care standards.Offer continuous medical and technical support to staff, patients, and care providers, including limited after-hours availability.Participate in developing innovative protocols and technology to enhance patient outcomes.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including engineers, nurses, health coaches, and medical assistants. Qualifications & Skills MD or DO, board certified, with clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.Minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.Licensed to practice in Florida (preferred).Impact-driven, user-obsessed, and empathetic with strong problem-solving skills.Organized, process-oriented, and collaborative team leader. Key Duties: Deliver comprehensive outpatient care, supervise staff, develop treatment protocols, engage in technological development, and ensure excellent patient outcomes in a no-night, no-weekend schedule.
