Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services with a focus on rehabilitation, excluding pain management.
• Manage an average of 17-23 patients per day.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling of 1-3 days per week, with potential to expand to full-time.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Primary Care.
• Experience in rehabilitation services.

Skills

• Strong patient management and communication skills.

Pay
