About the role

Multiple Primary Care physician opportunities are available in the St. Augustine/Jacksonville and Palm Coast, FL areas, due to strategic organizational expansion within a newly forming multispecialty group of 9 primary care providers. These roles involve providing high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on delivering an excellent patient experience. These positions serve vibrant communities with rich history, recreational opportunities, and expanding populations, creating a high demand for quality healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Seeing approximately 20 patients per day after ramp-up period
• Rotational call coverage shared among providers
• Practicing in diverse settings such as health villages and neighborhood offices

Qualifications

• Board eligibility or certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Ability to manage a growing patient volume within 3-6 months

Pay

Schedule

Open office hours: 7am‑8pm in St. Augustine; 8am‑5pm in Palm Coast
