Seeking Primary Care Physicians for outpatient clinics in Jacksonville and Orlando, FL. These positions focus on value-based, preventative healthcare for Medicare Advantage senior patients, emphasizing patient-centered care with smaller panel sizes and fewer daily visits (12-15 patients). The role involves managing well visits, proactive outreach, same-day urgent care, and transitional care. Physicians will work in state-of-the-art facilities with a team committed to delivering 5-star service that prioritizes patient outcomes. No hospital work required, focusing solely on outpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive outpatient care
• Utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for documentation
• Achieving quality metrics like ICD-10 Coding and STAR measures
• Engaging in proactive patient outreach and preventive care strategies
• Collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team

Qualifications

• Medical Doctorate (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
• Florida Medical License, DEA, and up-to-date CPR certification
• Knowledge of EMR systems, ICD-10 coding, and G-Suite tools

Skills

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience in Medicare Advantage or value-based care is a plus but not required
