Family Practice Physician

About the role

We are seeking Primary Care Physicians to provide outpatient care in Jacksonville and Orlando, FL. These positions focus on value-based, preventative healthcare for Medicare Advantage senior patients, emphasizing quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller patient panels, typically seeing 12-15 patients daily
• Conduct well visits, proactive outreach, same-day urgent appointments, and transitional care management
• Use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to document encounters
• Foster patient-centered care with a focus on prevention and maintenance
• Collaborate with a quality-driven team in state-of-the-art facilities

Qualifications

• Medical Doctorate (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
• Florida Medical License, DEA license, and current CPR certification

Skills

• Proficiency in EMR systems, ICD-10 coding, and G-Suite products
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle complex situations and prioritize tasks effectively
