About the role
Provides primary care to patients of all ages. Services include diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and health maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients across the lifespan
- Coordinate comprehensive care
- Deliver preventive care and health maintenance
- Participate in a shared on-call schedule
- Provide patient services on weekends with additional compensation
Requirements
- Valid and current Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse License
- Current DEA License preferred
- Successful completion of required credentialing process
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (NextGen EHR in use)
- Ability to provide quality, comprehensive medical care compassionately
- Experience in an outpatient healthcare setting preferred

Schedule
