Role: Primary Care Physician specializing in Geriatrics, providing longitudinal, relationship-based care for adults aged 65+. Responsibilities Manage a personalized patient panel, targeting 1500 patients for full-time coverage.Conduct unhurried, comprehensive visits with 2-2.5 patients per clinical hour.Utilize AI-assisted charting and care infrastructure (CCM, APCM, RPM) to streamline care and earn credits.Participate in scheduled clinical and administrative hours, with charting and care coordination compensated separately.Maintain autonomy over schedule and patient care approach. Qualifications & Skills MD or DO with active CA license (or eligible), board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.Active DEA registration.Genuine commitment to patient-centered care and building meaningful relationships.
